Just wanted to let you know that I have 5 new cookie recipes in the online gluten-free magazine, Easy Eats, edited by Silvana Nardone. The magazine concentrates on gluten-free cooking, baking, eating, and lifestyle. Its focus is not what we have to live without, but what we live with! It celebrates the gluten-free lifestyle. And it represents several view points on how do do things gluten-free–which is terrific. If you have an iPad, they have an app that makes reading it a breeze.
